Privacy

The short version

Humanade has no accounts and asks for nothing beyond what a post needs. What you write in the form is what we hold, and most of it is published on purpose — that is how someone reaches you.

What is public

Everything you enter when posting appears on your listing page, where anyone can read it and search engines can index it:

What you need or offer, the details you wrote, the category and urgency, the place, an optional map pin, your name, your organisation if you gave one, and the phone, WhatsApp or email you chose to share.

The contact channels are public because the platform has no messaging of its own: people reach you directly. Give only the channel you are willing to have seen.

What is not public

Your management link. It is the only thing that lets a listing be edited or closed, it is not shown anywhere on the site, and it is not indexed. Treat it as a password.

How long it stays

A listing stays until you close it or ask us to remove it. Closing it takes it out of browsing and the map; deleting it removes it from the database entirely.

Having something removed

Use your management link to delete the listing yourself. If you lost it, write to us from the email you posted with, or tell us enough to identify the listing, and we will remove it.

Measurement

We count page visits to know whether listings are being seen. The measurement uses no cookies, does not follow you between sites and does not record who you are — which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Staying safe

Anyone can post here, and we cannot verify who they are. Meet in public places when you can, and never send money to someone you have not been able to check.
